Today I am thankful for...My wonderful husband!
He has sacrificed so much for our family. He leaves for work at the crack of dawn and gets home far too late in the evening ( He commutes 2 1/2 hours each day) - just so that we can have a better life. He has given up many of his personal goals and hobbies for the sake of family time...and yet maintains a passion for life like no other person I know. He is my knight in shining armor. He is my best friend. He is a wonderful husband and father, provider and protector of our home, and we Praise God for him each day!

I know you don't know who I am, my name is Barb & I am a friend of the East Coast Kaisers, Dan & Christy. We met them when our husbands went through TBS together. We've been fortunate enough to have followed each other to every duty station & we actually live in the same subdivsion. I guess it now sounds as if we are stalking them! :) I've been reading your blog since I found the link on Christy's. I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy it. You make me laugh & cry & relate to your motherhood experiences good & bad. I have three children 3 & under so I sometimes read your post & think, "was she spying on me yesterday?" Don't we serve such an awesome God that he can use something such as the internet to bring people across our paths who encourage & teach us, as you have done. So thank you for your words of hope, encouragement but most importantly your words of truth as we figure out this wonderful blessed thing called motherhood.
